Philip Reed

Phil Reed was born to Katie and Jim Reed on October 31, 1964 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Phil passed away on July 24, 2017 in Houston, Texas.  He graduated from Clark High School, San Antonio Texas in 1983, where he excelled as “the Pitcher” for the Clark Cougars in his sophomore, junior and senior years being named to the Express-News All City Team in his senior year.  He graduated from Texas A&M in 1988 with a degree in Construction Sciences.  He spent his career in the construction industry doing estimating work on major infrastructure projects. 
 

He loved his children, the Pittsburg Steelers, driving fast, and listening to loud rock and roll. His kind eyes and smile will be missed by all who knew him.
 

In addition to his parents, Phil is survived by his children, Bailey Reed, Allie Reed and Jack Reed, his sister Holly Reed, aunt, several cousins, companion, Jeannie Cantrell, and numerous family and friends.
